registration form to complement traditional phone and mail-in
registration. We make it easy to register online, and our simple
request form collect all the information you'll need.

Thorough Communication - The majority of our
communications will be by e-mail which provides you with printed
record of your requests, the consultation, and arrangements made.
There is a lot of information to be processed and having it all in
writing is a comfort which we will both appreciate. If required, we
will call you to confirm information, or you can call us if you have
questions or want to discuss further options. If you are traveling
with a group, we would like to deal with one designated person who
will act as the “go between” your consultant and the other members
of your group. If you just want a consultation, we will provide you
with a recommended itinerary and other information that may be
important to your trip. Based on the service you require, we will
determine the amount of printed documentation that will be provided.
If we are providing the
concierge service where we do all the
bookings, a summary of email confirmations is provided with contact
names and pertinent information on sights to see, dinner
arrangements, and transportation when needed. Written confirmations
and contact names for specific events are also provided.
